Hi, Future Truestreamers! Here’s an update on jointruestream.com – it looks a little different these days. We’ve streamlined our registration process, which is a good thing for you (and us)! We realize with any change there can be some bumps in the road, so we appreciate your patience as we all adjust.
For Your Consideration…
- Register your Great Lakes Energy account online, using your electric account number, if you haven’t already. You’ll need your online account set up if you plan to proceed with Truestream construction and installation to your home!
- If you have already registered your interest on jointruestream.com, there is no need to register your interest again, we have your information!
- When your area is ready for the next step in the construction process, we will send you an email directing you to set up or sign-in to your online account, so make sure your contact info is up to date on your account.
- If you do not have access to the internet, and have not registered your interest yet, and would like to, please call us at 1-888-485-2537.

- A new map of our service areas which will include the status of each area.
- Contacting our first area using the new process – Corwith and Elmira, we’re looking at you!
