Truestream App: What's Next
If you’ve used the Truestream features on the Great Lakes Energy (GLE) app in the past, we want to provide an update. The Truestream-specific features on the GLE app have been discontinued by the developer. This wasn’t our choice, and we understand it can be frustrating when tools you’ve used in the past change.
A new app, TruestreamIQ, is available in the App Store and Google Play.
The TruestreamIQ app is free and easy to use, letting you view the number of connected devices, share your Wi-Fi password with a guest, run a speed test, and reboot your system.

Account settings and notifications, paying your bill, and Auto Pay continue to be managed through the Great Lakes Energy app.
