Electric outages remain our priority, but as homes are reconnected, Truestream related questions continue to come in.
Much like the electrical infrastructure, we need to evaluate the fiber infrastructure. We are evaluating our critical mainline infrastructure and are prioritizing repairs. Fiber cuts are being assessed as electrical restoration progresses. There are hundreds of fiber cuts, and we won’t know the full extent of the damage until all electrical restoration is complete.

- If your location has power, and you do not see damage to the fiber line to your home, please call 1-888-485-2537 ext. 2 and our 24/7 technical support will work to troubleshoot the issue.
