As we expand into more areas and start connecting Truestreamers, we want to ensure your questions are answered and that your connection is successful. We also know that once you’re connected, questions may come up as you learn how to use Truestream fiber internet. So, we asked ourselves, “How can we foster these connections and make it a better experience?”
Customer service is always at the front of our minds, after all, we consider our Truestreamers to be family. So with that in mind, we felt in-person, one-on-one sessions with a Truestream representative would be the most beneficial. We decided to take the idea on a test run in our Newaygo service area, and it was a success! We genuinely enjoyed the in-person interaction answering A LOT of great questions and received positive feedback in return.
Information was provided in a very understandable manner. A very relaxed atmosphere. Willing to talk about a variety of subjects.
The success of the one-on-one sessions was encouraging, and we’re currently planning to host more in other service areas.
