Our call center hears it all, including, “Oh, I didn’t get that call. My number changed,” and “You didn’t change my mailing address!” We don’t know unless you tell us, and if you don’t tell us, it becomes more challenging to communicate important information with you.

There are multiple ways to update your contact information.

    • Call us at 888-485-2537 and speak to a member services representative.
    • Fill out the form on the back of your bill and mail it.
    • Log in to your online account.

Options 1 and 2 are easy, and once you learn how, navigating where to update your contact info online can be, too. Follow these steps!

Update your contact info online

1. Log in to your GLE online account.

2. Once logged in, click on the menu icon in the top left corner of the screen.

3. Click on Settings.

4. Click on Contact Methods.

5. To keep an existing email and phone number and add an additional one, select Add Email or Add Phone.

6. Once you’ve added an email or phone number, click Save.

7. To edit an existing phone number or email, click the pencil icon.

8. Once you’ve made your edits, click Save.

Using the GLE app? No problem!

1. Once logged in to the GLE app, click on the More tab (…) at the bottom right corner of the screen.

2. Select Contact Methods

3. To add a new phone or email, click on either the phone icon or the email icon.

4. Enter a new phone number or email.

You can also:

Place that phone number on a do-not-call list.

Elect to receive/not receive voice calls.

Elect to receive/not receive text messages.

Make these selections on the existing phone numbers listed.

 

    5. Once info is added, click Continue.

    6. Click “Edit” in your screen’s top right corner to remove a phone number or email.

    7. Click on the round, red delete icon to remove.
