Want one less thing to think about each month? Set up Auto Pay and your bill will be paid automatically on time, every time.

Best option: Enrolling in Auto Pay with your checking or savings account ensures you never have to worry about remembering to update your account with a new expiration date or a new card.

💳 Setting up Auto Pay with a credit card must be done either online or through our automated phone system.

Log in to your account at truestreamfiber.com and click “MY ACCOUNT” to manage your payments from anywhere.

Prefer to pay on the go? Download the GLE app for iOS or Android and make payments right from your mobile device.

📞 Phone

Call us at 888-485-2537 and follow the prompts to make a secure payment using your credit card, checking, or savings account.

💳 Credit card payments must be made online or through our automated phone system.

If you’re paying by checking or savings and would like assistance, our Member Services team is happy to help. Just give us a call Monday through Friday, 7:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.

Voice Subscribers:
Please note that internet and voice service are two separate payments. After making your internet payment, stay on the line to include and complete payment for your voice service. Skipping this step could lead to a service interruption.

To ensure both services are paid on time without the extra steps, we recommend enrolling in Auto Pay.

We love to see our Truestreamers’ smiling faces! If paying your Truestream bill in person is your preferred option, come on in to any one of our eight GLE office locations.
